Certification

Why Certification Matters
In the world of wellness and recovery, there’s a lot of noise, and not all advice is created equal. That’s why I chose to earn my Certified Nutrition Coach credential through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) — one of the most trusted names in evidence-based health education.
This certification means I’ve been trained in:
Nutritional science and metabolism
Behavior change strategies that actually stick
Ethical coaching practices and scope of practice
Real-world tools to support energy, gut health, and recovery
It also means I’m not guessing with your health. I understand how to look at patterns, spot deficiencies, and guide you safely — especially during the vulnerable season of recovery.
Whether you're just beginning your journey or years into sobriety, having a certified coach ensures your plan is safe, sound, and rooted in both science and compassion.
ISSA Certified in Nutrition
ISSA Certified in Nutrition — which means this isn’t guesswork or “wellness hype.” I’m trained to look at how food impacts energy, mood, cravings, sleep, and recovery stress, then turn that into simple, real-life steps you can actually follow. No perfection, no shame—just practical nutrition support that helps your body catch up to the hard work you’ve already done.
Certified in CPR & AED
Your safety matters. I am CPR & AED Certified, trained to respond in emergency situations with clarity and care. Whether we’re working together one-on-one, in a group setting, or at live events, you can trust that I carry the skills—and the calm—to act when it counts.
Certified through a nationally recognized program, I stay current on best practices for cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and automated external defibrillator (AED) use. It’s one more way I ensure a safe, supportive environment—because peace of mind should come standard.
