Our emotions are dictated by our thought life. Thoughts can be held captive either to good or bad; to our past or future self. It is often said that you cannot change your past or predict your future. In that case, It is the present moment that you CAN control. As Eckhart Tolle expresses in "The Power of Now" Your response and reaction is all that you can change and manuver.

People validate, challenge, and communicate new life ideas. Isolation is the first symptom of a life issue needing your immediate attention.
Would you allow your home to be in disrepair so it's basically unlivable? A space you don't want to be in; an uncomfortable environment? Then why would you live in your own skin if you know its not the best possible vessel for your being ?
